Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Patroni Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates Royal Flush Blackjack, Blackjack 21, and related games at patronigames.us (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We built the Site to be as low-footprint as possible: there is no sign-in, no accounts, and no personal information required to play.

What We Collect

The only information we automatically collect is your IP address, along with basic technical details that come with any web request (such as the page visited and the time of the visit). We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, payment information, or any other personally identifying information, because none of our games require an account.

Cookies

The Site itself does not set cookies to identify or track you. The games run on ASP.NET Core Blazor Server technology, which by default does not require cookies for gameplay since there is no login or persistent user session tied to your identity. Depending on how the Site is hosted, the hosting infrastructure may set a minimal, technical session-routing cookie (for example, to keep your connection directed to the correct server) - this is a function of the hosting platform, not something the Site uses for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

How We Use IP Address Data

We use IP address information solely to:

Operate and maintain the Site (basic server logging);
Diagnose technical issues and errors;
Help detect and prevent abuse, such as automated or malicious traffic.

We do not use IP address data for advertising, do not build user profiles from it, and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain server logs containing IP address information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the operational and security purposes described above, after which they are deleted or overwritten in the normal course of log rotation.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our hosting provider necessarily processes standard web traffic data (including IP addresses) as part of delivering the Site to you, the same as any web host does for any website.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Site in a way that concerns you, please contact us using the information below.

No Real-Money Gambling

The games on this Site use virtual, play-money balances for entertainment purposes only. No real money is collected, wagered, or paid out, and virtual balances have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes of any kind.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
