These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Royal Flush Blackjack, Blackjack 21, and any other games made available at patronigames.us (the "Site"), operated by Patroni Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Entertainment Only - Not Real-Money Gambling

All games on the Site use virtual, play-money balances for entertainment purposes only. No real money is ever collected, wagered, or paid out. Virtual balances, chips, wins, and losses have no cash value whatsoever and cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, exchanged for money, or exchanged for any prize of any kind. The Site is not a gambling service.

2. No Account Required

The Site does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. Your virtual balance and game history exist only for the duration of your session and are not tied to any personal identity.

3. Eligibility

Anyone may use this Site.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
